POLICIES

PET:

  • Only Dogs are allowed, under 45 lbs (Rooms 2, 4 and 7 are ONLY dog friendly)

  • One dog per room.

  • When making reservation, notify staff of bringing dog. ($25+tax+fees per night).

  • Dog must be taken with you or kenneled when leaving. If you leave dog unattended, and any complaints of barking, whining, leash free, etc) you may be asked to find other accommodations, without refund.

  • Dog is never allowed on furniture or beds. Feel free to bring their own bed that can be placed on floor.

  • Dog must be on leash or in a carrier when outside room.

  • Please clean up after your dog and properly dispose in trash can located outside.

  • If your room requires additional cleaning or if damages are incurred you will be charged for additional services and repairs.

  • Some areas are designated as “dog free” and allergy-friendly (Lodge and some rooms). Dogs found in those areas may be subject to additional fees or you may be asked to find other accommodations, without refund.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • No fee will be incurred if a reservation is cancelled within one week of check-in date for the MOTEL. After one week, you will be the charged for the original length of stay. Unless multiple rooms are booked as group. 30 day noticed needed and deposit will be required, after that full amount of booking will be charged.

  • No fee will be incurred if a reservation is cancelled 30 days of check-in date for the LODGE.. After 30 days, you will be charged for the original length of stay.

  • In the event of an early departure, no cash or refund will be returned. With extenuating circumstances, a credit voucher may be issued to put toward a future visit.

  • Any exceptions to the above policy must be approved by ownership of the Lodge or Motel before the 30 days and/or one week policy.

DAMAGES:

  • You must keep the Property and its content(s), including all furniture, electronic equipment, fixtures, fittings, and effects in, on, or at the Property in the same state of repair as at the start of the stay, and shall leave the Property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found when You arrived.

  • You are also responsible for the safekeeping of the Property and its contents, therefore you must remember, among other things, to lock all doors and windows, and ensure that the Property is safe upon your departure.

  • Where any breakages, damage(s), or loss(es) occur, You should report it firsthand to the office management (as soon as reasonably practicable, but always before checkout).

CLEANING:

  • Cleaning fees have been applied this year! Lodge and Motel is for the length of stay.

OFFICE:

  • We no longer have an onsite crew in the office every day! Each room will have the necessary items to start! If you will need extra towels for your stay, we suggest bringing them or see our manager when she’s onsite! Your credit card will be charged before your actual stay according to our cancellation policy timeframe and then you will receive the code the day of arrival via text or phone call! Automated locks are coming, but we are using the lock box for the rooms for now to get your room key! Sorry for any inconvenience.
